What is 98 Alive?
98alive is the result of more than a decade long development process, including extensive safety & efficacy testing and tens of millions of dollars in research by domestic and international laboratories led by ProfessorMax Reynolds Director of Griffith Universitys program for Australasia Botanical Medicine for Health (Ret) and developer of 98alive.
98alives ninety-eight compounds are active and may act individually, or in combination with other linked compounds to act therapeutically resulting in improved health & general well-being. 98alives products are PCT globally patented and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods for sale over the counter (OTC).
Discover why you should consider making 98alive part of your health & wellness program.
Why 98alive?
98alive is a unique combination of 98 natural compounds found in the Melaleuca Alternifolia leaf (commonly known as tea tree) that act in unison with one another to offer an array of therapeutic benefits, never before encountered in a single product.
About 98Alive
APPLICATIONS 98alive is currently available in liquid (topical) form also available in capsules, syrup, nasal spray, throat spray, and in water soluble form used in inhalation nebulisers. The liquid form is also used in natural oil for topical applications. At present, 98alive is available as an over-the-counter drug (OTC)
Melaleuca Alternifolia is a plant native to the northern coast of Australia. It grows up to 8 metres and belongs to the Myrtaceae family and the melaleuca genus. There are more than 150 varieties of plants within this family. Melaleuca is commonly referred to as Tea Tree.
The germicidal & anti-inflammatory properties of Melaleuca Alternifolia have been known by the Australian Aborigines who have used it to treat wounds and other illnesses for millennium.
In the 1920s, the Technology Museum in Sydney, led by Dr Penfold, embraced research into the essential oil of native Australian plants & herbs. In the course of their investigations, Dr Penfold and his colleagues devoted much of their time studying the Melaleuca Alternifolia properties. This led to the commercialization of the plant for its essential oil in the 1930s.
When WWII began, every Australian soldier had a bottle of Melaleuca Alternifolia oil in his pack for thetreatment of infections. This tradition endures to this day.
With the renewed interest in essential oil in the 1990s, commercial farms in Queensland and New South Wales regions of Australia started producing very high grade Melaleuca Alternifolia essential oils of consistent quality.
History of 98 Alive
In 2001, Professor Max Reynolds began searching for an alternate anti-microbial that was safe & effective against major bacterial, fungal, cancer, and viral human pathogens. He turned to nature and started examining all the supposed anti-bacterial & anti-fungal natural products known to man. Among the candidate compounds was the group known as the Melaleuca family.
The improved supply of the high grade Melaleuca Alternifolia oil allowed Professors Reynolds laboratory and Griffith University in Brisbane, to focus on refining the oil to reduce its possible toxicity.
More Recent History
After a more than decade long development process, extensive international safety testing, efficacy testing, and clinical trials the result is 98alive a patented, pure natural product containing a unique combination of 98 natural active compounds that act in unison with one another to offer an array oftherapeutic treatments, never before encountered in a single product treatments that can assist people aroundthe world to achieve Victory for Wellness.

Professor Max Reynolds has over half a century of global experience in scientific research, business and product development. His commitment and determination to exploring biotechnology and discovering new practical uses for it has led to many advances, including the development of 98alive, which is produced by 98 Alive Pty Ltd of which Professor Reynolds is also the Managing Director.
Professor Reynolds has previously lectured at leading Australian university, Griffith University in Brisbane, Queensland and has held the position of Director of the Program in Australasia Botanical Medicine for Population Health.
Professor Reynolds was one of five international Keynote speakers at the 3rd International Conference on Clinical Microbiology & Microbial Genomics in Valencia Spain on Sept 24-26. His presentation was titled A New and Effective Treatment for Dengue Fever. The other Keynote speakers came from USA, UK, New Zealand and Greece.
Research
The scientific community understands that a paradigm shift in the treatment of infectious diseases is necessary to prevent antibiotics becoming obsolete, and where appropriate, alternatives to antibiotics should be considered.
Alternative therapies are viewed favourably by many patients because they are often not being helped by conventional therapy and they believe there are fewer detrimental side effects. In addition, many report significant improvement while taking complementary and alternative medicines.
As we approach the post-antibiotic era a wealth of research now supports long-held beliefs that Melaleuca Alternifolia has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Below is a list of prominent researchers who are leading the way in providing the clinical evidence demonstrating efficacy against bacterial, fungal, or viral infections as well as specific cancers.
